The adjustable elastic band fits necks between 8" and 26". It slips on easily over the head or can be buckled on. It can be worn on it's own elastic band, or you can attach it to your dog's current collar.
The the light consistes of 3 ultra-bright LEDs and lights up to 200 feet ahead of your dog. The light used 3 AAA batteries (not included) and lasts up to 150+ hours. It is constructed of tough heavy-duty water resistant plastic casing, and only weighs 2.5 oz.
